Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," NoorAcademy does not offer refunds once a product's download link has been dispatched to your email. This is consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for digital goods.
Refunds will be processed in the following specific cases:
a) Double/Duplicate Payment: If your account was charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 7 business days.
b) Non-Delivery: If your download link was not delivered within 24 hours of payment and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.
c) Corrupt/Unusable File: If the delivered file is demonstrably corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email support@nooracademy.site within 48 hours of purchase with your order reference number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
