NoorAcademy is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. All products are digital files (PDF format) delivered via email. Physical shipping fees, tracking, or courier services are not applicable.
Upon successful payment confirmation, an automated system dispatches a secure, time-limited download link to the email address you provided at checkout. This process is typically instantaneous but may take up to 10 minutes depending on payment gateway processing time.
Click the link in your delivery email to download your PDF file(s). Links are valid for 72 hours from delivery. If your link has expired, contact us at support@nooracademy.site with your order reference and we will regenerate it.
If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of payment:
• Check your spam/junk folder for an email from nooracademy.site
• Verify the email address you entered at checkout
• Contact support@nooracademy.site with your transaction ID
